Audio books?

Well I start going to class again today. It's like never ending! I don't have a very heavy course load this semester so that should be ok. But I have to drive an hour to get there and an hour back so that is a lot of time in the car. I think I'll run to the library and rent an audiobook. Any suggestions?

The calm before the storm

Some days are just more boring than others. Some people love having days when there is nothing going on and you can do whatever you want. Well I have been having those days the last couple of days. I think I might have ADD or something similar... I get so bored. Even with a 2 year old, I want to have something to do. I'm sure I could find something, but I'm so bored to even look. And I'm broke and cheap too. Well I know the rest of the week will be jam packed, so maybe this is the calm before the storm.

On Wednesday I am helping pack and move my brother and Steph. On Thursday Steph and I are looking for her wedding dress and then I am going with Nate and my in-laws to the Jason Mraz concert. Friday we are in a golf tournament. Saturday we are going to a surprise party for someone at Nate's work. So we are busy, but not until then. ONE MORE DAY! When this weekend is over I know I'll wish for the boring days of this week. I start school next week and I know I'll definately wish for these days again. Oh well.

I'm hating the template of my blog... trying to get some ideas... everyone else has cute blogs, mine is nasty ugly. I need to switch it now!

chipped tooth

Cooper fell and chipped a tooth yesterday at a restraunt and now we are going into the dentist to see what will happen. His gums are starting to turn colors and yeah... This sucks.

Crazy Summer

This summer has been relentless!!! We have been so busy and it seems like when we think we are getting over the hump... another event it right around the corner!

Three years ago we were focused on one thing... WEDDING! Nate and I will be celebrating our 3 year wedding anniversary on Wednesday

5th Annual Beanie tournament on saturday as well as my state softball tournament all weekend.

We will have a little break and then it's Jason Mraz and a crazy golf tournament! I'm exhausted just thinking about it. This summer has probably been the busiest that I can remember. I am enjoying it, but it can be stressful.

Any cheap ideas for an anniversary celebration? (no babies, they are adorable, but they are not cheap)

"I'm sick of my Diaper Momma"

Funny story:

Cooper was walking around in his diaper the other day and he walks into the living room and just takes his diaper off. I figure that was fine because it was hot that day and he has always had good control of his "movements". So he went into the bathroom where we have a little potty chair for him, which he uses mainly for a stool when he washes his hands and brushes his teeth, so I didn't really think that much of it. We haven't started potty training yet, but sometimes he will sit on the potty anyway cause he thinks he's cooler if he does. So I walk in there and he is sitting on his potty holding a newspaper... naked! It was the funniest thing that I had seen all day and so I had to video tape it. It was cute and funny, but we got over it and moved onto doing something else. Just because... I walked over by the potty a little bit later and it was FULL of pee! We have never tried to do any real training with him before, so the fact that he decided that he wanted his diaper off and that he was going to fill the potty all by himself (with no little pee dribbles anywhere) was the AWESOMEST thing in the world of raising children.

He was so proud! We were so proud.

Now I guess he gave us a kick start into the world of pull-ups and superman underwear!

Updating

I don't know how people have time to update their blogs or facebook status' all the time. I check both regularly, but can't keep up with either as quick as other people can. I feel like there is not enough people out there that really read what I am saying for me to be interesting enough to update that often. (I digress)
